328 posts moved off WordPress onto a pipeline Claude runs, for Mockey
Publishing, code, marketing and design at Mockey now run on AI. People review the work instead of producing it.

- Problem
- Manual WordPress; every post, fix and asset waited on a person

- 14 new posts in Oct 2026; 70% of site commits co-authored by Claude
The problem
Mockey’s blog and landing pages lived in WordPress, and publishing them was manual. Small code fixes waited on our one developer. Social content and design assets waited on whoever had time. The work that shipped was whatever the queue allowed.
What we built
Four systems. In each one, AI does the work and a person checks it.
- Publishing. We moved the blog and landing pages from WordPress to Astro, GitHub and Cloudflare. We ask Claude to write or change a page. It pushes to GitHub, and the page goes live on its own.
- Code. Marketing, content and product owners open an issue in GitLab. A Claude routine checks open issues and pushes a fix. Our one developer reviews the code to be safe.
- Marketing. Grok and Claude create and edit content for YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. Grok publishes it to all three. One marketer reviews from time to time.
- Design. Claude Design is set up to create assets for the blog and landing pages. When it can’t, it uses ChatGPT, through Chrome or the API. We review the result.

What it cost
- Site stack: $0 a month for Astro, GitHub and Cloudflare. This is team-reported, not checked against invoices, and covers the site, not the product’s backend.
- AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT and Grok are paid separately and are not included in that $0.
- People: one developer reviewing code and one marketer reviewing content.

What didn’t work
Claude Design alone could not produce every asset we needed. We stopped forcing it and added ChatGPT as the fallback.
Installed on your company
This fits any firm whose site, content or small fixes wait on one busy person. In week one we move your site to Astro on Cloudflare, connect your issue tracker and write the rules the agents follow. Each month you see pages published, fixes shipped, hours spent reviewing and the tool bill.
